Emergency Alarm Response Rules.
Congratulations 😀
Today, due to the RF attack, the situation in Ukraine has unfolded in such a way that people need to understand safety rules in various situations. Let's consider the situation when an air alarm is announced ❗️🚨🤯
Preparation for the alarm:
- Find out where the nearest shelters are located. This information is available on the websites of municipal administrations. It is desirable to walk the route to the nearest shelters and see what they look like.
- Download the Alarm app from Google Play and App Store.
- Keep your documents and valuable items packed in a backpack.
- Put medicines in the backpack that may be needed for you or your children.
- Put water and biscuits in the backpack.
📢 In case of an alarm, act without panic:
- Take the backpack that you prepared earlier.
- Take the children by the hand.
- Leave the house and head to the shelter (if you are in a multi-story building, avoid using the elevator).
- Wait for the signal to end the alarm, and only after that, you can leave the shelter.
Remember, the main thing is not to panic!
If you understand that the shelter is far away, try to position yourself so that there are at least two walls between the street and you on each side.
It is important to remember that Ukraine's defenders are doing everything possible and impossible to prevent any threat from reaching peaceful residents, but the task of civilians is to follow safety rules!
An important part of preparation for an air alarm is knowing the location of the nearest shelters. To have an idea of what they look like, it is recommended to walk the route to these shelters. Below you will find several pictures that will help you imagine different types of shelters:
Shelter in a multi-story building:

Shelter in an underground passage:

Shelter at a metro station:
Shelter in a private sector (basement, cellar):

Shelter in a storage or building basement:

These pictures provide a general idea of the types of shelters that can be used during an alarm. However, it is recommended to check specific information about shelters in your region, as they may differ in appearance and location. You can find more information about shelters and their locations on our website welcomeukraine.today.
Don't forget that safety is your priority, so be prepared for an alarm, have necessary items in your backpack, and act according to safety rules.
